Anyone got Harold Suiter's book

I'm wondering if anyone has a copy of Harold Suiter's book on Star Testing Astronomical Telescopes. Either edition. I can't see any mention of it in this forum or in the Accessories for Sale listings.
I'll ask here because not many folks look at the "Wanted" ads.
