The local lighthouse at work under a waxing moon.
The 30sec exp left some less than pin-point stars so I will have to have another go at this at 15secs when the moon is full, if the clouds stay away.

Nice treatment of the lighthouse Trevor, you've managed to make a fairly small lighthouse look huge.

Not sure that full moon will give a better result, I took one of the Eddystone lighthouse during a full moon, it almost looks like daylight.

The only reason I would like a bit more moonlight is to shorten the exposure to 15secs to get the stars more pinpoint. As it is they are streaked from the 30sec exposure. Of course this only matters if you zoom in but it would be nice to get them clearer.
