Southern Highlands widefield

Had no luck with Mars last night or the night before due to poor conditions in Melbourne so thought I would try and get a wide angle shot of the Moon's Southern highlands with the ASI120mm camera at full frame.

Looking at the result of 2000 frames from 10000, I guess is could have been better, but the seeing was poor.

Impressed by the big sensor on this camera though.

Slight adjustments in Registax 6 and some LR deconvolution applied.

Nice to see some old favourites in this orbiting spaceship view John. If only I were an astronaut!

Cheers

Rupes Altai and Vallis Rheita looking good. Maybe Lyot is the dark smear at about 10.30.
