Symbols in Sky X

I am hoping someone who uses The Sky X can remember how to get the symbols (globular clusters, open clusters, galaxies etc) to show up in The Sky X. I have had them there previously, but they have disappeared for no apparent reason and I cant get them to reappear despite ticking the boxes in the databases (under input on the menu).

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Brian

In addition to Input->Database Manager, you can go into the Chart Elements sidebar and turn on/off the stuff you want to see. You might also investigate the Labels sidebar. Note that the display will appear quite a bit different depending on whether you're using OpenGL or not. (That's set in Tools->Preferences->Advanced.)
