I'm interested. But probably after dark.
Like your optimism on the weather!

I am observing elsewhere tomorrow night, but have a great time, you'all! Hope to there in August. Let's hope those clouds stay away.

I may not be able to make it tonight - Eliza has a party to go to from 4pm and they've invited us for dinner afterwards, so i'll have to play it by ear.
Don't expect me. But i'll make it if I can. Sorry guys.

only a small contingent for this months outing.
Scot, Joe and Aniuska, and myself.
We had a good nite in all respects. Viewing was quite good, weather was mildish with just a slight breeze every now and then. temp probably around the 5/6 mark.
As usual, viewing gave way to socializing episodes during the nite, sharing of scopes and conversation.
We retired about 11pm and left Froggy in peace and quite.
Thanks for having us again Froggy - hope your ailment disappears quickly.
Thanks Scot, Aniuska and Joe for a most pleasant nite.
see you all again next month I hope.
OH! - and i learnt not to say no when Aniuska offers you a slice of her orange cake.

Sounds like a great night and I missed it.....
I kept looking up at the stars as I was working last night thinking "I should be somewhere else".
Glad it was clear for you guys.

Thanks again to Froggy and his hosting...
A nice night that I absolutely enjoyed! The select few in atendance made for good company and good viewing.
I hope I can make it next month when the time rolls around for another night of viewing...

What a brilliant night.
I have discovered however that vodka does indeed affect your night vision.
So much so that I've decided not to use that stimulant on my telescope night sessions again.
On another note - I wish we had more of our usual participants to share and enjoy it together. I do not quite understand what is going on but for one night a month I wish you guys could make the time....(effort).

Sounds like you ppl had a great night. I hope to get back to viewing again just as soon as the football season is over, get my scope working again and remember where I used to buy the hedgehogs
