Old school manual camera lenses!

Last year I bought a multitude of manual lenses, partly for use with my Polarie and partly because I had sold all my Canon 'L' glass at the time. I have recently acquired some new Canon lenses and have duplicate focal lengths in the manual ones, so I've decided to thin them out a bit.

If anyone else has gone the old manual lens route on ebay, you'll know there are a lot of bad lenses out there. I kept maybe half of the ones I bought. The lenses offered here are the good ones. Thought I'd list here before putitng them back on ebay. They are easily attached to DSLRs with cheap adapters (as you can see, they have a variety of mounts and were all used on my Canon 40D).

Vivitar 200mm f/3.5 (OM mount)
A nice telephoto lens. Reasonably sharp at f/3.5 and very good at f/5.6. Just light enough to use on the Polarie. From my heavily light polluted balcony it clearly picked out M4 while testing on Antares.

Condition: Good to very good. Optics very good.

Price: $50

Micronar 135mm f/2.8 (M42 mount) - SOLD
This is labelled "Auto-Micronar". Couldn't find much info about it but it's good at f/2.8 and very good at f/4. With an APS-C camera it frames the LMC.
Condition: Good to very good. Optics very good.
Price: $40

Vivitar 'Series 1' 70-210mm f/3.5 Macro (M42 mount)
This lens is really nice. The macro feature is really good. If I had a yard full of interesting bugs or other macro subjects I'd keep it. It's the version with 67mm filter threads. Some of these sell for over $130 on ebay, but special IIS price offered here.

Condition: Very good. Optics excellent.

Price: $75

Sun 24-40mm f/3.5 (Pentax K mount)
This was apparently one of the first wide-angle zooms back in the day. I enjoyed using it but it shows its age a bit. Not quite sharp enough for astro work but a decent lens regardless.

Condition: Good. Optics good.

Price: $30

Enquiries by PM please. Pics to follow.
