Mars 14th March above avg seeing

SPX350 F39.1,PGRFlea3, Baader RGB filters. Mars -0.9mg 13.11"

Scattered cloud finally cleared but as I was imaging my second rgb set a strange light mist settled over Mars dimming only slightly giving very nice steady seeing compared with usual. Cloud then came and stayed all night ocassionally clearing leaving avg to below avg seeing. My best image so far showing detail around Olympus Mons and cloud around Chryse extreme right.

Also grabbed a saturn in fair seeing.

Mars-RGB-1356hrs UT
Mars-red

Saturn-RGB-1652hrs UT
Saturn-IR742

Thanks, John.

Great images of both! Nice hexagonal pole on Saturn, just about as crisp an image of it as I've seen
