Laneway study in B&W

Took out my Fuji XE1 for a spin in a city laneway. Shot straight to jpeg. ISO 800, Aperture priority.
Used B&W with yellow filter simulation with CP-L filter on 18-55mm lens.
Comments welcome.
Thanks
Bo

They are such a nice camera! The lens is nice and sharp too and I'm glad u went with B&W, it's effective in these shots. Those laneways have some really interesting artwork.
If you have one (or a crop of one) you particularly like (I like the arrow personally) then put in in 'The Next Photo' challenge to move it along since the theme is Grafitti :-)
Very nice.

Thanks all,
Yes, I am really enjoying my XE-1 and it is nicely matched to its 18-55 kit lens (f2.8-4, all metal mount). I read up all the reviews and was impressed with them all. There are a few of those floating on ebay as the XE2 has basically made the XE1 outdated (same specs).
I basically have given up DSLR work in favour of mirrorless.
More to come!
Bo
