For sale is a Meade Superwedge, about 12 years old, which I had attached to my 10" lx200 classic.
This is an extremely solid mount, and is comparable to the newer X-wedge sold for $1100 from Bintel.
I've heard a lot of people say the older wedges are built better and are more solid.
It is in good condition for its age, with a few minor rust issues on the outside of some of the non-critical screws (see photos). Velcro is for the power adaptor.
All mechanisms on this wedge are in perfect working order, are solid and tight. It functions just like a brand new wedge.
I'll accept $550 pickup from Wollongong. I'll deliver to suburbs in Sydney or Nowra for $30. Inspection is available before purchase. Please contact me if you require a courier.
The tripod is not included in this sale.
