Attached are images of Mars from the 5th and 6th of February.
On the 5th my initial impression was rubbish seeing with disk of Mars jumping around quite aggressively but on careful examination of the disk, quite reasonable detail was seen. I ran 60fps to try and capture this.
On the 6th the planets disk sat reasonably still but the image was soft: bad seeing.
Yes the seeing was very good last Sunday morning, a few more like that would be good as I would like to spend a bit more time at the eyepiece to see what I can see. It seems that seeing between my place and yours is very similar. Just to be clear, neither of these images are from Sunday.
