Well it's free so I can't complain, I'm quickly discovering if the polar alignment is out PHD won't help you.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is PHD, and what do you do with it?

"Push Here Dummy" - autoguiding software. Very easy to use.

Version 1 written by Craig Stark - http://www.stark-labs.com/index.html
Version 2 from the openphd group - http://openphdguiding.org

You should try PHD2, as it includes a Polar Align feature which is very quick and accurate
Cheers!

Chris

I have had issues with PHD 1.14 & 2, I only find 1.13 works well with my autoguider. I am very disapointed with the latest release of SynScan handset software 3.35 the Polar alignment routine is not accurate and Star aligment is poor.

I am planning on connecting EQMOD directly with Stellarium and use Alignmaster application for the polar aligment.
