Some Tasmanian landscapes

Hi all,

I spent nearly 3 weeks in Tasmania in December, and visited a few nice locations. Here are a few landscapes from the West Coast, Cradle Mountain and Tasman Peninsula regions.

#1 and #2 are the Nelson River near the West Coast;
#3 is the Gordon River (from a cruise boat);
#4 is Cradle Mountain;
#5 is Wombat Pool, near Cradle;
#6 is a panorama of Cradle Mountain and Lake Dove from Marion's Lookout, spanning nearly 180 degrees;
#7 is the cliffs at Cape Hauy on the Tasman Peninsula;
#8 is Fortescue Bay on the Tasman Peninsula.

Thanks for looking!

Cheers,
Stephen

Very nice pics! The shots to me show a mix of NZ-like and Aussie-like scenery. I can see why Tasmania appeals. I really need to get down there sometime.

Cheers,
Cam

Beautiful photos, the landscape definitely looks a lot like NZ in places, and then again still different. Thanks for the view.
