Jupiter Oct 30th

1st images for nearly 2 months and though seeing was fairly stable I had some "issues" regarding avast anti virus screwing up my capture software and other knock on effects so by the time the cams were working heavy dew had swamped the scope and despite hair drying the secondary I suspect moisture had got to the barlows as the images were very soft (also forgot to switch on the primary fan DOH!).

2 images straight colour and IR 724/Colour combined in winjupos.
Auto Dob 250 + QHY5L-II colour & mono :

Thanks Seb & Eric! Managed to grab some better data this morning so hopefully will have a sharper image to post in a bit.

Well done Stuart, sounds like Murphy was in the vicinity but certainly creditable results.

Regards
Trevor

Issues or not great result. Really nice to see. I am trying but weather mostly beats me here.
