small mosaic of 4 images - not happy with data - cant get the ASI120 to give me 30fps when at full resolution can only get 13fps and i have a diffraction type of pattern

did the outer for the proms - hacking at them now

Hmmmmm,
Strange David you should get more frames than that.
Down load FireCapture and you can use it at 16Bits but only 15fps at full res. More at ROI settings. 8 Bit should be 26 to 30 Fps. As for the weird pattern, it is on mine too but is gone after stacking and you need to use a flat. That call was from memory if it will clear up I will check. Nice image detail. Mind you there were not many proms that day. Also that is very close to what I see in the eye piece. If I want to highlight the prom further, you can by using Shadows/ Highlights.

Nice FD David. A little flat on contrast to my tastes. I think the frame rates issues are a pain to track down, but motherboard drivers are a good place to start.
