Thanks guys, it was in fact the SIA show in Woodland Hills that spurred this image... (yep...I'm currently jet lagged)

Andy Lunt (of Lunt Solar) had their dual etalon 100mm system on display.

The view was very similar to the image posted here, but there was some flaring from reflections between the pressure tuned Etalons, that I do not see with my twin-system mounted ahead of the objective.

Andy suggested you could rotate their respective etalon orientations to get a good null, but we didn't test the theory.....

Despite the mild flaring....the view through the eyepiece was *very impressive* .

Another great pic hope you get some of the sun at the moment, Thanks for the feedback on the Double PT for the lunt 100 .I was thinking about the extra PT
