Have a look at this Ha image. I have not seen that loopy area of billowing gas in the lower left. Have I discovered something?
It may the Milky Way is rarely imaged widefield in Ha. The only other Ha widefield Milky Way images I have seen are from Eddie Trimarchi.
I saw this in other Ha images I took of the Milky Way.
Is this a known area of gas? I never see it imaged. It looks like a supernova remnant but
it doesn't show up in O111.
