Winter... what was that?

Sweltering up here in SEQ... hit 32° today in the shade...

Cicadas are starting, not a breath of wind (and it's cloudy ), and the humidity is about 70%. Welcome back to sticky QLD.

Just when I was getting used to winter... Not that we had much of a winter.

The only thing to cool summer will be lots of cyclones!

If recent summers are anything to go by, it's going to start raining soon. And stop in June, maybe.

Yup, but apparently the cycle has changed considerably, so MAYBE we go back to dry. MAYBE.

Temps over 30C have been recorded here twice in the past week, warmer in the CBD and western suburbs. Is Summer here already?

I've been checking out houses in Tassie. I don't think I can take any more of this heat.

Bloody cold here in Canberra. Hot strong winds and 40 bushfires in NSW two days ago and freezing here in the ACT.

I give up.
