Helix Nebula with the DSI II (My Best)

Hi guys,

was very pleased how it turned out in the end. Took 50 x 84 second shots total of 1 hour 10 minutes exposure. Had to delete 14 shots due to cloud coverings.

Readjusted the second pic to bring colours closer to Hubble's one.

Comments welcome good/bad.

really nice mate, long total time too, maybe you could try to go for the goal of the outer loop like Scott Alder?

Thanks Tony. Extra exposures bought out the edge ripples around the edge in the Helix.
was quite pleased with it.

Thanks for your reply guys.

Cheers.

Nice shots there. The UHCS filter is great for the Helix isnt it?
