Old e-mail scam making new rounds...

I just noticed that there is no Non-Astronomy General Chat, so I'll post this here...
Received an e-mail from someone I know... looks like her e-mail account was hi-jacked.

<LATE EDIT> Just noticed that the originating e-mail and the e-mail I have for my friend are different. Looks like they are using yahoo ymail for sending the emails, but have hacked her Google email account. I assume so that she doesn't get a direct response from individuals, that way she is not aware that her name is being used.

Express your "genuine" sympathies, ask how you could help !
Ask how to send the money, maybe that you can only afford half what they want, ask where to send it and then have lots of problems trying to send it.
