EOI: Skywatcher BD 150mm Mak
Testing the waters as I'm considering an upgrade.
Mint condition Skywatcher "Black Diamond" 150mm Maksutov-Cassegrain. Used only a handful of times, including once under a dark sky at Katoomba and I was impressed.
This is the current version of the scope with Schott glass used in the optics. It also has a 2" visual back, greatly expanding the range of eyepieces that can be used and making low magnification a possibility.
Aperture: 150mm
Focal length: 1800mm (f/12)
Included items are:
8x50 finderscope
Skywatcher 28mm eyepiece
Front and end dust caps
I don't have the box so local pickup only.
