M17 Astrofest

M17, The Swan Nebula
Just one hour total exposure time on this one. But it's enough to be able to tease out the finer detail that is sometimes missing due to over exposure of this quite bright nebula.

Very nice work JJJ, my only criticism is on the stars appearance, perhaps a filter applied on size reduction (minimum?) gave them the strange look, I would try to recover a bit of the original "gaussian" light curve on the stars

Wow jj, that is a spectacular result, I can hardly believe it was produced from your 1100D, but I do believe it as you have tooken it . . Nice detail with the wispy bits & a very deep capture, well done ! !
