Have a Captain Cook...

Hi all!!

I was going through some old photos and found one of the statue of James Cook in Fitzroy Gardens in Melbourne. The original image was a tad wishy-washy but with some different levels & curves on the statue and the clouds the picture became quite dramatic - well I think so!

I've also attached my first flickr image taken with my new Pentax K30 - it's a great little camera and I'm quite looking forward getting out and about with it.

Thanks for your thoughts on the picture. I was amazed at what I could do with GIMP and such a boring holiday snap - I'm glad other people feel the same way!
