Talking I think I am sick.....

Today I got $200 and what did I do with it?

Spend it on Astro equipment.......?
Spend it on my Wife and Kids........?
Gave it to the wife in an attempt to gain brownie points towards a new imaging setup...........?
Gave it all to charity............?
Bought shares in IIS..........?
filled the car up with Premium unleaded petrol...............?

Answer to come later

We know it wasn't spent in filling the car, or given to charity.
(Cheer up Dennis - if you post your bank details here you never know!)

And buying up shares in IIS WOULD be a great thing to do we would all agree, but that hasn't happened.

The title of this thread, and the big cheesy grin, tend to suggest some form of astro gear purchase or layby or something I think.

HOORAY!!!

HAHAHA good guesses everyone, no I actually did give it to my wife to gain brownie points. I told her to go out and buy the baby car seat she wanted to get. The siebert Barlow has already been paid for. And the car only gets fuel once a week and only takes $50 to fill it I should have more money coming in later so this frees up that for Astro gear purchases

Well done Astroman, makes me feel less alone.

Yeah, I'm a moneygiver to, but not directly. I let her choose what she wants and then I pay .

Ladies (you too Tony), calm down.... you've missed the point, A1 is simply offering a small amount now in return for a larger reward later.... e.g. I give you $500 now and get to spend $2K later.... Wise investment Andrew .

As a single man, the plan is clear..... to buy every conceivable astro want present and future, before considering taking another partner.

He who dies with the most astro gear wins
