First attempt at ISS

Well, actually about my third attempt, but the first time I've got anything even close to passable. Still a long way to go, but I hope my next attempt will be considerably better.

I was somewhat hurried setting up, and took a punt on the camera settings but unfortunately left auto ISO on, so the camera picked 3200. Shutter speed was 1/125 sec, which is too slow. Will try ISO 1600 and 1/500sec next time.

GSO 10" dob, GSO 2x barlow, Canon 550D. Effective FL 2500mm. Manual tracking using the 'get it in the finder cross hairs and hammer the trigger' technique.
