Venus and Jupiter converging for a meeting with Mercury

Hi all,

Here's a quick shot of Venus (near the horizon) and Jupiter (just right of centre) taken at about 5:40pm today. This scene will get better in a week's time, when Mercury joins in and the 3 planets are only a few degrees apart.

Hopefully there will be clear skies!

Cheers,
Stephen

Nice looking shot Stephen.

I like the "symmetry" on the ground.

A good location for some more NightScapes.

Ross.
