I managed to get 14x 6 min ISO800 subs of the Eagle Nebula last night between the clouds. Canon 60Da with an old 130mm Newtonian. I need to take some more darks - only 6 here.

Great shot !
I’d just rotate it by 180deg, so the “pillars of creation” rise from the bottom ...

Isn't it funny - a simple rotation and the mighty Pillars of Creation instantly become the mere Pimples on the Eagle's Arse.
