I'm back... full of jet lag ATM, but that's OK. Its good to be home!

The trip was a pretty last minute thing as we took advantage of opportunities to visit factories as we met people along the way (particularly at Ligna). So we ended up going Sydney, Bangkok (2 factories), Frankfurt, high speed train to Hannover (Ligna Fair), Brilon (1 factory), autobahn back to Frankfurt, Milan (1 factory), Istanbul (1 factory, 2 lines), Dubai, Sydney.
I took over 500 photos. Outside the work ones, I got a few shots of the Alps from the plane as we flew into Malpensa (Milan) but I got also got a lot in Istanbul. We had a day off there, so walked the city and took some touristy shots but I also did a lot of wide angle street from the hip.

Some of the old run down houses in the back streets are particularly good subjects, but if I had time there existing light night photography would be the way to go... such moody light, and rough buildings!
It might take a while to process, but I'll post some of the better ones separately.
