Full Lunar Mosaic April 16th QHY5L-ll

Second lunar outing with the QHY and despite the wobbly seeing and persistent thin cloud managed to grab a full mosaic taking 200 frames per pane (stacking 100) . Shot at f5 with full 1280x960 resolution using Auto Dob.

Taken with IR 742 pass filter:

Very nice work Stewart, the larger chip should really come into its own with mosaics like this.

Well done

Thanks guys! 8 panes were used John with large overlaps. As you say Trevor the big chip makes these mosaics much easier and was the main reason I got the cam. In better seeing I will try the same with my 3x barlow.
