M57

Hi there,

m57 shot this last night, the Law of Murphy has decided that she would superseed the one month bad weather!!!

Technical data:

Spot: Langensoultzbach (God bless you ), moisty, 5°c seeing good, turbulence bad.
Date : 2-6-2006
Imager: sc1 Toucam Pro
Astrograph: Takahashi Mewlon f/6 (focal reducer)
Mount : Takahashi Em200Temma2
Exposure : 101x30s, dark.

Great shot Pierre M57 is one of my favourites. Cuts thru my northern horizon light pollution well

Very pleased that you enjoy the picture.... This night was useful to test a new observing site at 30km from my home. It is just located above a village which lightings relfects on the ground: what a good surprise lol. Let's thank the mayor!!!

Here is the definitive m57: unsharp mask with 0.5, 8.7. No darks anymore.

Nice pic if you're using IE but not visible using Firefox, or is it just me? Anyone else have this prob?.. . L.
ps. Can see the RAW image but not the other 2??????

Er, my web browser is Firefox rev1.8.0.4and i have no problem to visualize pics.

My fault Pierre...I had the 'check box' ticked to "load images from original site only"............ L.
ps. Now they look twice as good....
