PST solar 12th March.

Finally, FINALLY a couple of hours minus clouds! Having real bad luck here in Bundy lately but it can't last forever can it! Damn you weather gods!

15 mins after pack-up it was raining again

6 pane mosaic. 30 sec captures/150 stacked for each.

No worries Ralph & cheers. I'll be in touch.

Thanks Laurie. It's really coming back to fine tuning the PST, the camera settings & the stack amount versus the amount of gain used in the capture I reckon..

Thanks Graeme...I think, haha!

Pretty impressive result there Asi, pound for pound reckon the PST punches well above it's weight.

Cheers

Thanks Trevor. Fell in love with this PST on my very first imaging attempt & I'll never part with it - I intend to have 2 plots, one for me, one for the 'keepers' lol.

Thanks Gazza.

Thanks David.

Saving the best for last. This one shot earlier than the above image with better camera settings. Thought it was worth a 1.5X drizzle (+ a 20% reduction for the web). Haven't worried about the proms at all.

John,
Once again you have excelled yourself!
A fantasic image!
If you can achieve this sort of result from a modest PST, I'd hate to let you loose on an SM90 ;-)
Well done!
