Question About Lostock...

Hi,

I've been thinking it might be nice to get some kms done on my bicycle in the early mornings during IISAC2013, but I wanted to get some idea what the roads were like before I haul my bike up there.

I get there is some dirt involved, my bike isn't a mountain bike, so if there is big sections of sandy and or gravel and the road is particularly narrow, I think I'll skip it... but if it is relatively smooth and bike friendly I'd love to give it a try!

What do you think?

Thanks

Rob

Hi Rob

I wouldn't bother to be honest

There's 5km of dirt road before you get back onto tar (when heading out of the scout camp), and then the tar road is pretty rough too.

Ok, that's ok... I'll bring my runners instead - they take up less room anyway!

Thanks!
