Comet Lemmon and the LMC

Here is my wide angle shot taken on the same night, again from Heathcote. I know my images are somewhat noisy, but they are OK given the Sydney basin light pollution. I am at least two stops away from a dark sky site when looking south.

Comet C2012 F6 Lemmon, 15 February 2013, 36 frames, each a 10-sec exposure, unguided. Canon 100 mm f/2 USM lens at f/2, Canon EOS400D, ISO1600.
