Does MaxIm DL or PHD Guiding recognise the QHY cameras? I might be interested in this as a guide camera. I have the SBIG remote guide head but if I want to image with my DSLR, it's useless and my Meade DSI is getting really old.

Thanks!

It should H. The QHY5 and SSAG are the same hardware with slightly different firmware.

It works with both of those packages as an ascom camera.

Hi, Humayun

As Andrew and Robin mentioned and as far as I know, MaxIm DL and PHD Guiding could recognise it. However, I have never tried guiding before and aimed for next step. Have to find a portable guiding mount first, like EQ3 Pro, etc

AT65Q is held for Cam until next Thursday, thanks for the PMs.

Regards
Guodong

Thanks, guys.

If it hasn't been snapped up by someone else, I'll take it.
