Want a laugh?

Here's a total of 12 min 23 sec of data on near full moon of M1 through a 4" fluorite refractor.

Then the cloud rolled in.

Ah well... guess I have to build on it now I thought I'd stack the 2.3 subs just for giggles, and then stretch it in PS - stretched 5 times

Looks better in DSS... might fiddle with it there more.

Anyway, have a good laugh - I know I did. Even my focus was just a touch off. What a fun evening

PS: my CMOS temp was 47°C - not surprising there's still a bucket load of noise in it )

I want to but it's better than what I can muster which is nothing at the moment since I'm mount less. Isn't your side of the woods covered in rain clouds?

Was beautifully clear until around 9pm here, when FAST moving scud clouded up the sky nearly completely.

I wish it was June already

Haha 47'C, you call that noise! I tried to take some shot of Orion in the 30'C heat outside this summer with my 300D. Might as well have been photographing through a blizzard of coloured confetti.
