Setting Crescent Moon over the city of Adelaide

Rally and I went driving up to the Adelaide hills, and I was surprised and delighted to see the setting Crescent Moon over the city.

Unfortunately I travelled light so only had widefield lenses - I really wish I had my 400mm lens! It would've looked great with a longer focal length.

So here's a short focal length version @ 40mm with the 17-40 on the 5D Mk 2.

Cropped tighter. Would've preferred a better view without the powerlines, but we were there to photograph a church and this was just a happy view from that spot.

Very nice! The top three power lines look reasonably easy to clone out, though the bottom one might take a bit more effort.
