The Big Merino - Goulburn

Hi all,

driving back from Canberra last night I stopped at Goulburn for a top up and to look at the Big Baaah Baaah... I'd be much happier if I didn't have that big distracting glaring light on the right, but I couldn't find a way to keep it out of the frame.

Still for those that haven't seen it here it is.

Australia is full of these Big oversized attractions eg The Big Banana, The Big Mango and I'm sure there is a Big Pineapple and many more ...

Thanks for looking

I didn't know we had a big merino! Shame about the light. I see you've got Sirius and a bit of the Milky Way along the top... too bad Orion was just slightly out of frame (top-left)! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Dave, I know and to the right of the bright light was Alpha Centauri and the Southern Cross, it would have been ideal to have them in the frame.

I found it was a hard subject to frame as to the right there is a large Service Station and to the left a couple of dull looking sheds.

Inside the sheep there is a tourist shop and you can climb up to the top and lookout though its eye's. Haven't done that since I was a kid but I remember thinking it was cool.
