Madness

I was out on my deck the other afternoon after work playing around with my newly finished Istar 127mm f/8 achro when I spotted a " Rock Dove " in a tree about 75 metres away and snapped this shot using a Meade 14mm UWA and HTC smart phone held up to the eyepiece , It came out really well I think , even down to the sun reflecting off its eye .
Thats the reason I called this thread ' Madness ' these birds have a mad kind of look about them around theie eyes , , to me anyway .

Good picture Brian. What's interesting is how narrow the depth of field is on the lens !
