Someone in Canberra buy a scope !!!

Could someone in Canberra or surrounding are please buy a new scope or a couple of eyepieces so these dear little clouds will leave the Snowy Mountains !

After completing the mount restoration for the big refractor and installing the motordrives for the Vixen combo, I have been blessed with a total of 1 hour of scope time. The clouds clear away in the morning and return in the evening. Then there is that shining lunar mass, laughing at me

Maybe next week

Actually got a new scope last Friday...hence the cloud cover here in Canberra. No first light yet for me Think we need someone on the coast to buy a bigger scope to attract the clouds away

Well, I have purchased some more RC Heli gear so the clouds will no doubt return during the day...

I've been waiting all week for some clear nights to get my imaging train back up and running again myself, so maybe we need to extend the plea further and ask for someone in Goulburn to purchase something so we can both win..

Well, my new piece of kit just arrived at my door by courier ... and guess what the Brisbane forecast is: showers and thunderstorm.
