Ah well, to each their own.
Interesting comment. I was asked by Mike if I would like to prepare 10 questions, which I did, all sourced from my collection of space and astronomy books. However, after I had compiled my candidate list of questions, I used Google to corroborate the answers, to provide Mike with http links so that entrants could check the answers.

Overwhelmingly, I prefer to browse books to look for suitable questions, but Google was more effective and certainly quicker in searching for multiple reference sources to support the answers.

Cheers

Dennis

Ok the draw!

It will be taking place tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon at 4pm, at the York Optical (Astronomy Online) office in Sydney.

You can expect results to be posted sometime after 7pm tomorrow (Tuesday) night.

Good luck!

LOL. I've got my fingers crossed.
Though I reckon I've used up all my good luck for this year, and then some.

Nah jjjnettie you will have more good luck this year (not in the bad way you had it and needed the luck).
Good luck is having a very clear sky and 9/10 or 10/10 viewing
Those prizes you can buy but clear nights not

Yeah I just won a $100 gift card, my luck for the next ten years is gone

If I win, can we raffle the stellar seat off to somebody in Aus?
