Following feedback from Marcus et al., on my previous attempt at this area, I went back and collected more blue data and reprocessed the image from scratch. I am much happier with where this has landed with this revision. My thanks to everyone who responded to my original post as the feedback was beneficial in helping to improve this image.
Perfect rendition of the stars and you got those lovely golden core stars sparkling. Rendition of stars and star colours is an area I still feel CCDs have an advantage. Your stars are nicer than any CMOS image I have seen.
I think this object is best imaged with a medium size APO like yours and the FOV that you have chosen. Too close up and you lose that golden star background.

Great Ha colour too. One of your finest.

Thank you all. I agree Greg that the FOV offered with my set up frames this area nicely whilst providing some context for the image.
Lovely clean shot Rod, very pretty area that. Maybe a little more blue stuff could be extracted? ... but excellent none the less
Mike
Thanks Mike, I reckon I've got enough blue out of this one for now and am happy to let it rest. I'm pleased that I spent the extra time on it though following my first go with this data set
