Does it matter if you are "planking" on your stomach or your back?

Maybe someone with experience in "planking" can clear this out

Planking, how bloody boring. Sounds like I was a more extreme 'planker' back in the 80's when I used to lay on my skateboard & zoom down our big hill doing 40MPH.

I think we need to introduce a new unit of measure for Planking Similar to Pascal's

Let me introduce the Pl Plank's

I think Asimov, your in the MPl possibly GPl... where as your generic planker is Pl.. whos got the most bang for ya buck
