feelin flat today

thanks guys you are the best
But i do have like three bags of lollies in my draw now hehe

Food is becoming my friend arhhhhh and i dont want to do that either i have been on a health kick now for eight months after battling the (letting myself thing go now im married and have children disease) grrr I finally decided to have a bit of (its all about me phase) for a change took my chubby butt off to the gym 3 times a week, and i kick some great butt in boxing on the WII and gave up all the food that taste so dam good but are bad for you I worked so hard for that, so far ive lost 15.5kilos Am so scared im going to put that back on again

But OMG do i really have to give up my UDL cans on the weekends too
I may as well walk in front of a truck Trying to be healthy really sux

Ok jen gets back on track and takes the binos out on a nice clear nite

Yeah that's the downside of battling nicotine deprivation. For a little while you'll go for anything that's sweet. I used to get stuck into Mars bars big time. Won't last long though. Stick with it. It's a sign you're on the right path.

I have just been put on a 1100 kilojoule per day diet and in 5 days I have lost 2.6 kg hard diet to keep but I think it will be worth it. Keep your strength up and keep fighting it will get easier every day the first few weeks are the hardest if you can get through 3 weeks you are home free anyway that's how I found it.

nice work im on the body trim diet eat protein 6 times a day every three hours and i lost 2.5kilos in the first couple of days too its great keep it up Warren

Thats the problem with quitting. Your body is screaming at you to fill the empty hole but no matter how much you eat, the craving doesnt get satisfied does it?

Just have to grit your teeth and disperse that nervous energy with a brisk walk or a punching bag.

jen i used to smoke 2 packs a day (no bull) and around 15years ago said to myself nomore and that was it havent touched one since.let me tell you it wasnt easy and i gained some weight eating crap food but im glad i did and hows the price of smokes today

and just my 2bobs worth they tax the bejesus out of you cant smoke hardly anywhere but its still a legal product
