Seeker, the OTA and mount are already in Adelaide, but I am waiting on the skyscan and won't be taking delivery until all three are here in Adelaide.

Are you going to get the eq6 regreased and worm drives meshed, polished and fixed up?

Don't take delivery of the EQ6/synscan if it has version 2.4 on the hand controller. the current version is 2.5a (deliberatelly done for us southern observers) it improves the alignment stars and the accuracy, a few spelling mistakes, and a few other small things. make sure it at least has this version, if not request it now. Tasco service only have a few of these IC chip upgrades left.
