Starting to pack although not leaving till tomorrow. Forecasts indicate Saturday could be a good night (BOM = fine, Weatherzone = mostly sunny). Friday daytime looks like possible showers, but night might be clearing, if windy! Woo hoo!!

I'm taking my 5" refractor for its first full-scale visual test run - Petra has kindly lent me a mount for the occasion! Thanks Petra! The trusty Tasco will be coming too, for when the dew finally beats me...

Look forward to catching up with people, will arrive with wife & cousin tomorrow arvo sometime...
