No worries at all Leon. Happy to help as much as I can! Cybersecurity is necessarily becoming more and more stringent, but along with that comes teething issues...

Hi Guys, went through the process of a phone call and although a long wait it turns out that it is actually my machine that i am on right now that will not let me login to My Gov and now I find there are a couple of other sites that are doing the same thing.

I can use my Lappy and other Desktop and even my wife's phone and i can access Centerlink with my own phone.

So it appears that there is something not quite right on my machine, so after doing all the stuff that you guys suggested I am not sure where to go with this.

I suppose it is not a big issue as i can still access My Gov when i need to, not that i have to very often, I just wanted to be able if i needed to on this Desktop.

Thanks for your assistance and suggestions.

Leon

you need a sledgehammer to fix that machine it seems to be causing you a lot of angst if it is the same one that you always seem to have issues with.

No Nik, it is not the same, it is actual a brand new build with all the latest goodies, it is lightning fast and I love it, and only a few months old.
You would think it would be the other way around.

I do still have the older one which i am using as we speak and that actually lets me access any site i like, so there ya go.

you may have your internet security turned up to high
In the control panel under internet and properties check the security tab it should be set at the middle level.then look at trusted sites, add mygov to those sections
