Try the following...
Open an elevated Command box.
Start > Run > Cmd (Must be run with Admin. Privileges.)
After the flashing cursor,
Type, ping (use the spacebar to leave a space) 182.160.129.2
eg; ping 182.160.129.2
Press the Enter key.
You should get something like this...

C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE>ping 182.160.129.2
Pinging 182.160.129.2 with 32 bytes of data:

In the CMD box, right click a vacant area & click on "Select All"
The info will be added to your clipboard.
You can now type EXIT hit the Enter key & the CMD box will be closed.
Paste the results back here.

Thanks RAJAH, sorry about the late response, however i have done what you suggested but nothing has landed on my clip board, so i have probably come to the end of things to fix this.
Opps I tell a lie, I did actually find it after all, and have tried to copy it and paste it but that is proving troublesome, so we will see haw that goes.
Well I have exhausted all avenues on this problem, even if i use another browser i dose not want to open and says the same thing "This Site or Page could not be reached, etc,etc", but it dose reach any other page on the internet
