Smooth as Ice Mike, not just in noise control but also in constrasts through-out. No overly bright areas yet the image is bright, so, well managed in that sence, dig the color and appearance overall, , the nice blueish stars are well seperated softly from the Neb content aswell, hence, does give that floating appearance.
Mission accomplished I reckon

Mike,

I've only just seen your image - I've been very down about the cloud we've had here in SEQ for the last 6 months and have kept away from this section of IIS as it only added to my depression...

Good news is the skies are clearing and so I'm back!

I love what you've done with this image! Fantastic!!! It's lifted me more than any amount of Sangiovese could... well about the same maybe...

God I can't wait for my first quickie of the season....

Cheers,
Mario

Grazie Muzza...nice drop and a perfect colour analogy too

From now on one should process a nebula toward a Sangiovese colour...not Magenta

A satisfying image can be had in just a couple of hours after all

Good to have you back

Michele
