80mm f/15 acro lens
I have a 80mm f15 (1200mm focal length) lens in a colimatable lens cell for sale. It is a recent purchas from a well known American supplier of used optics. I was originally after a short focal length lens to make a refractor out of, but a mistake was made and i ended up with this lens. It is claimed to be a classic Carton acromatic lens from Japan. No point in returning it as costs make that a bad choise. I machined an alloy flange to mate the cell to a tube. I am asking $80.00 for both lens and flange. It would make an excelent long focus refractor. Will try to post pics this weekend. Postage is extra, but should not be expensive.
