I bought a used 8" GSO newt, which came with a half-working focuser. I purchased a new one and thus this focuser is no longer needed. I figured rather than chucking it away, I'm sure someone here on ISS has the know-how and toolset to fix this focuser up and sell it off to make a profit for themselves
The coarse focus adjustment on the left works fine. The coarse knob on the right occasionally works (when it's pressed into it's own rotating shaft) and the 10:1 fine knob doesn't work. I don't know why and perhaps by opening it up it could be an easy fix, or with spare parts be repairable
Other than the knobs its in great condition, comes with bolting screws and has a 2" brass compression ring.
