As someone mentioned before, this is getting off the original topic, but I think it is worth responding to unjustified rudeness against suppliers that are trying to run a business, and stay in business. I have been very happy with the business being discussed. I have bought many eyepieces over the course of four different orders, and they have always sent them promptly, and before waiting for payment first. Very trusting. I personally think it may be a case of some people can't deal with different personalities and different attitudes to theirs. I have certainly learned a few things on a wide range of topics from long chats on the phone. It makes me wonder sometimes if some people can't even tolerate small differences in attitudes & personalities, how would we really respond when we are finally confronted with intelligent Alien life?

He also sent another Intes (non-Micro) 6" Mak to Sydney, but I sure as hell did't send it back. That one has, to this day, been the best small scope I've ever looked through. The only way for me to replace it would be with a Mewlon-210.

That aside, Claude has always been helpful in finding odd bits and bobs and I'm willing to overlook his quirks and odd rants that appear on his site occasionally.

Most shops probably have a small number of justifiably unhappy customers. One persons good experience doesn't negate another's bad experience and vice versa. Retailers would do well to adopt the old axiom "The customer is always right", even if the customer is wrong, in order to maintain good public relations.
